Common Questions 

Full progress tracking is built into all courses. As you progress through a course, you will mark lessons complete using the blue button right below the training video.

When you click that button, it will mark the lesson as complete. It will cross it off your list in the course navigation and auto-advance you to the next lesson in the course.

Your overall progress on each course will be seen on the course list, on course homepages, as well as in the course navigation within each course.

As a Couple Lounge member you have several options for getting help whenever you need it.

  • Ask inside the Couples Lounge Community. Any question is fair game. This is a great option if you would like to open up responses to other members in addition to Jeremy, Angelina & the rest of the Joy Couple crew.
  • Submit a request for the next Couples Coaching Lab. With this approach, your request will be directly addressed by Jeremy & Angelina in our next live Couples Coaching Lab session and then will appear in our recording. You don’t even need to be on the live call to get your answer since it will be on the recording.
  • Post a new discussion on any training content. If you have a question on a specific lesson inside any of our courses, simply post a new discussion within the community forum. It works just like any blog, Reddit or other forum.

You can also get in touch with support at any time. All these options are available right in the top menu across the entire Couples Lounge platform.

If you would like to view any of our training videos full-screen, just press the little icon at the bottom of the video to expand it.

Yep. 🙂 Just click the little gear icon at the bottom of the video and select “Speed”. You can choose to slow it down if needed… or play it at up to double the usual speed.
